PhilMacao Terms and Conditions – Your Rights & Responsibilities

1Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to PhilMacao. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the complete legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and PhilMacao ("we," "us," "the Platform," "PhilMacao"). They govern every aspect of your relationship with PhilMacao, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gaming activity, bonuses, and all associated services.

By creating a PhilMacao account, clicking "I Agree" during registration, making a deposit, or using any part of the PhilMacao platform — whether through a browser on your phone or computer — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the PhilMacao platform.

PhilMacao reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered email address or through an on-screen notice upon next login. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a PhilMacao account, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. PhilMacao strictly prohibits underage gambling. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations require all online gaming participants to be 21 or older. Age verification documents will be requested during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process and before any withdrawal is processed.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of play. PhilMacao operates under a PAGCOR license valid for the Philippine market.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability or those currently subject to court-ordered financial restrictions may not open a PhilMacao account.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one PhilMacao account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will result in all accounts being suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation.
• Not a PhilMacao employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of PhilMacao staff are not eligible to hold player accounts.
• Not self-excluded: Individuals who have previously self-excluded from PhilMacao or have been permanently banned are not eligible to re-register.

3Account Registration & Verification

When you register for a PhilMacao account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

Required Registration Information

• Full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID)
• Valid Philippine mobile number (used for OTP verification)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• Preferred payment method (GCash number, Maya number, or bank account details)

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

PhilMacao is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests and upon reaching certain deposit thresholds. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, driver's license, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 3 months)
• Selfie with ID upon request

Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. PhilMacao will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the same name as the PhilMacao account.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PhilMacao login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. PhilMacao support staff will never ask for your password. Any activity on your account using your credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to PhilMacao support immediately upon discovery.

4Deposits & Payments

All PhilMacao accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits are credited in pesos and all gaming activity takes place in pesos. PhilMacao does not maintain USD or any foreign currency accounts.

Accepted Payment Methods

• PhilMacao does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment account used must be registered in your own name and match your verified PhilMacao account details.
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited and used in gameplay, except where PhilMacao is responsible for a technical error.
• PhilMacao does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Check with your GCash, Maya, or bank for their applicable charges.
• PhilMacao reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposits if a player's deposit pattern triggers Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring thresholds under PAGCOR requirements.

5Withdrawals

PhilMacao is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. Standard withdrawal timelines and conditions are as follows:

• GCash and Maya: Processed within minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts. Funds appear in your GCash or Maya wallet almost immediately after PhilMacao approves the request.
• Bank transfer (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, InstaPay): Processed within one business day. InstaPay transfers may settle within hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal per transaction: ₱50,000 for standard accounts. Higher limits may apply for VIP members subject to additional KYC verification.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your PhilMacao account.
• If a deposit bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before the bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for bonus wagering terms.
• PhilMacao reserves the right to request additional verification documents for large withdrawal requests (₱20,000 or above) as part of ongoing AML compliance.
• Withdrawal requests are final once approved. Contact support immediately if you need to cancel a pending withdrawal before it is processed.

6Bonuses & Promotions

PhilMacao offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting free bets to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the general terms in this section plus any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.

General Bonus Rules

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered PhilMacao players who meet the stated eligibility requirements at the time of the promotion. Unless specified otherwise, bonuses are available to Philippine residents only.
• One bonus per player: Each player may claim each promotion once unless stated otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through different accounts violates PhilMacao's one-account policy.
• Wagering requirements: Most deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically 20x to 35x the bonus amount — which must be completed before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. The exact wagering requirement is displayed on each promotion page.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino and table games may contribute between 10% and 50%. Virtual sports bets may contribute up to 100% on qualifying markets. Check each promotion's specific game contribution table.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited expire automatically. Wagering requirements not met within 30 days will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a deposit bonus is active on your account, the maximum stake per bet or spin is ₱500. Stakes exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in winnings from that bet being voided.

7Casino Gaming Rules

All casino games available at PhilMacao — including slots, bingo, live casino tables, and jackpot games — operate under the following rules:

• RNG Fairness: All PhilMacao casino games use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Outcomes are statistically independent and cannot be influenced by previous results, the platform, or any external party. RNG certification is maintained as a PAGCOR compliance requirement.
• Technical errors: In the event of a software or connection failure during gameplay, PhilMacao's systems record the game state at the point of interruption. Games will resume from the recorded state where technically possible. If a game cannot be resumed, any incomplete bet will be refunded to your account at the stake value only.
• Voided rounds: PhilMacao reserves the right to void a game round where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed, or where the game software has paid out an amount inconsistent with the stated RTP and paytable.
• Jackpot games: Jackpot prizes displayed in the PhilMacao jackpot lobby represent current pool values updated in real time. In the unlikely event of a display discrepancy, the authoritative jackpot value is held in the game server records. Progressive jackpot wins are paid in full to the winning player's PhilMacao wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Each game has its own stated minimum and maximum bet limits, visible in the game interface. These limits apply regardless of account balance or player tier.

8Sports Betting Rules

The PhilMacao sportsbook covers basketball (PBA and NBA), MMA (UFC, ONE Championship, Bellator), virtual sports, and additional markets. All sports bets at PhilMacao are governed by the following rules:

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by PhilMacao. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation on screen with a unique bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid.
• Odds changes: PhilMacao reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds available at the time of confirmation are different from those when you initiated the bet, you will be shown the updated odds before confirming.
• Cancelled events: If a sporting event is officially cancelled and not replayed within 48 hours, all bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. In the case of MMA fights, if the bout is cancelled before the first bell sounds, all bets are voided. If a fighter is replaced, bets on the original matchup are voided.
• Live betting: In-game bets placed at PhilMacao are based on the live data feed at the time of placement. PhilMacao is not responsible for discrepancies caused by delays in data feeds. Any bets clearly placed on incorrect live odds due to a manifest data error may be voided.
• Settlement: Sports bets are settled based on the official result from the relevant governing body. Where there is a dispute about the official result, settlement is delayed until the matter is officially resolved.
• Parlay bets: All selections in a parlay must win for the bet to pay out. In a parlay where one event is voided (e.g., cancelled fight), that leg is removed and the remaining selections at their respective odds form the revised parlay.

9Responsible Gaming

PhilMacao is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. Responsible gaming is not a policy afterthought — it is a core operating principle built into the PhilMacao platform.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the PhilMacao account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase will only take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set maximum session durations. When the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out of the platform.
• Cool-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their PhilMacao account for a specified period (24 hours to 6 months) via the Responsible Gaming settings or by contacting support. The account will be inaccessible for the chosen duration.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request permanent self-exclusion from PhilMacao. This is irreversible for a minimum period of 5 years. During self-exclusion, account access is disabled, marketing communications are stopped, and re-registration attempts are blocked.
• Reality checks: PhilMacao displays session duration notifications at regular intervals during active gaming sessions.

10Account Suspension & Closure

PhilMacao reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account where:

• The player has provided false or misleading registration information
• KYC documents submitted are fraudulent, altered, or do not match account details
• The player is found to hold multiple PhilMacao accounts
• Suspicious betting patterns consistent with match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or bonus abuse are detected
• The player is found to be under 21 years of age
• The account is used in connection with money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity
• The player has self-excluded and attempts to re-register
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requires account closure

In cases where an account is closed due to verified fraudulent activity, any associated balance may be forfeited and the matter referred to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement authorities. In cases where the account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any legitimate remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PhilMacao platform:

• Creating more than one PhilMacao account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human process to interact with the PhilMacao platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any PhilMacao game software or RNG system
• Collusion with other players in live casino games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage
• Placing bets on fixed or manipulated sporting events, or using insider knowledge to obtain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets
• Using the PhilMacao platform for money laundering, including depositing and withdrawing funds without the genuine intention to participate in gaming activity
• Engaging in chargebacks through your payment provider after using deposited funds in gameplay
• Providing account access to any third party, including family members
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PhilMacao staff or other players in any communication channel

12Privacy & Data Protection

PhilMacao collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of what data PhilMacao collects, why it is collected, how it is stored, and your rights regarding your personal data are set out in the PhilMacao Privacy Policy.

By registering a PhilMacao account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@philmacao.net. Data deletion requests may affect your ability to maintain an active PhilMacao account if the deletion concerns identity verification records required by PAGCOR.

PhilMacao does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, and payment processing partners where legally required or necessary for service delivery.

13Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, logos, game assets, written content, and trademarks on the PhilMacao platform are the intellectual property of PhilMacao or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the PhilMacao platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any part of the PhilMacao platform without express written authorisation. Screenshots or recordings of games may be taken for personal use but may not be published, monetised, or used for commercial purposes without prior approval.

14Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, PhilMacao's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited into your PhilMacao account in the 30 days prior to the claim.

PhilMacao is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures outside PhilMacao's control
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms
• Temporary platform unavailability for scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Changes to game RTP or mechanics made by third-party game providers in accordance with their licensing obligations

Nothing in this limitation of liability excludes PhilMacao's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

15Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of PhilMacao are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, specifically including the regulations of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) and any applicable provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

If you have a dispute with PhilMacao, please contact our support team first at support@philmacao.net with a full description of the issue. PhilMacao commits to investigating and responding to all player disputes within 10 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process as provided under PhilMacao's operating licence.

The courts of the Philippines have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.

16Amendments to These Terms

PhilMacao may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PhilMacao will provide notice through at least one of the following channels: email notification to your registered address, a prominent notice on the PhilMacao homepage, or an in-platform notification upon your next login.

Continued use of the PhilMacao platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure by contacting support before the effective date of the amendment.

The current version of the Terms is always the version displayed at philmacao.net/terms-conditions. Prior versions are archived and available on request by contacting support.
